Income Protection


Accident, Sickness and Unemployment insurance is an income protection policy that is designed to give you peace of mind.

This type of income protection will provide you with a regular income if you are unable to work as a result of accident, sickness, disability or if you are made redundant. It is not designed to specifically pay off your mortgage or other loans, nor will it pay for private medical treatment or special needs that arise through disability.

The amount of benefit that is paid out it is not linked to your mortgage or other loan payments, but your overall level of income.

A specific type of ASU insurance can also be tailored to cover your mortgage payments. This is called Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance.


We do not normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, however this will be dependent on your circumstances.
If a fee is charged our typical fee is 1% of the loan amount.
